Remote assistance
Let’s get your technology working again.
If a LightHouse Digital Systems technician has asked you to start a remote-support session, choose the download that matches your computer below.
Download for your computer
Choose your operating system and processor. If you are unsure, ask your LightHouse technician before downloading.
Mac
Check Apple menu → About This Mac. An M-series chip uses Apple silicon; an Intel processor uses the Intel download.
Windows
Check Settings → System → About → System type. If it says ARM-based, ask your technician which tool to use.
How it works
A short path to a fix.
Choose the right download
Select the version that matches your computer when your LightHouse technician asks you to begin a session.
Open the downloaded file
Follow any prompts that appear on your computer. Your technician will guide you through what to expect.
Let your technician know
Tell your LightHouse contact when the tool is ready so they can connect and help resolve the issue.
Close the tool when you’re done
End the session when your support work is complete, or follow your technician’s instructions.
During your session
You’re never left guessing.
Your technician will explain what is happening and guide you through the connection. Stay with the session while support is being provided, and close the tool when the work is complete.
If you were not expecting a support session, close the file and contact us directly. LightHouse will never ask you to use this tool because of an unsolicited pop-up or unexpected call.
Need a hand?
We’re here when you’re ready.
