Our standard diagnostic is $39 for up to 30 minutes, credited toward an approved repair. $29 home visit fee within the agreed local service area; travel outside it is quoted in advance. We’ll confirm the scope and any additional charges before work begins.

Pricing details
- Prices cover labor for one device and up to one hour of active technician time for a standard fixed-price job. Additional work is quoted for approval first.
- The diagnostic fee is credited toward an approved repair. The home visit fee is separate from the repair price.
- Parts, storage media, software licenses, and applicable taxes are additional. We quote parts and complex repairs before work begins.
- File transfer prices apply to files from a working device; applications, account setup, and recovery from a failing drive are quoted separately.
- Contact us to arrange drop-off at our Winston-Salem location. Remote help and home visits are available by arrangement.
