01 — Website & hosting

Match a business with the website or managed hosting support it needs. We will confirm the right scope before work begins.

Signature/custom projects: Calculated from eligible service fees actually collected and agreed before the proposal. Taxes, pass-through data charges, separately sold hardware, refunds, and chargebacks are excluded.
02 — Network security
Help secure their network.
Refer a business that needs managed network security. When they become a LightHouse client, you can earn up to $600 depending on the Guardian plan they choose.

03 — Referral terms
Clear rules for a fair referral.
What qualifies
- The referral must be a new business lead and include a warm introduction. Existing clients, active prospects, and previously submitted leads do not qualify.
- The client must sign an agreement and pay the first invoice in cleared funds before the referral qualifies for the first payout milestone.
How and when we pay
- We pay 50% of the earned referral fee after the first cleared payment and the remaining 50% after 90 consecutive days of active service.
- Each earned installment is paid within 30 days after its applicable milestone.
- For Signature/custom projects, the 5–10% fee is agreed before the proposal and calculated only from eligible service fees actually collected.
What is excluded
- No payout is made on taxes, pass-through data charges, separately sold hardware, duplicate leads, refunds, or chargebacks.
- When multiple partners submit the same business, the first complete and valid referral submission receives credit based on LightHouse records.
If service ends early
- If an account is cancelled before 90 days of active service, the unpaid second installment is forfeited.
- The first installment remains earned after the payment clears unless the underlying payment is refunded or charged back.
Your responsibilities
- If you publicly recommend LightHouse, clearly disclose the paid referral relationship.
- Referral partners are responsible for applicable taxes on referral payments.
