Personal support for small teams

Business IT Support. The person you call when the office technology gets in the way of work.

LightHouse keeps employee computers, business email, access, common office technology, and vendor handoffs working—with a named human contact, not an outsourced help desk or chatbot triage.

Everyday support

The small interruptions add up.

We handle the everyday things that interrupt work: a new laptop that needs setting up, an employee who cannot sign in, email that will not sync, a printer that has disappeared, Wi-Fi that is acting strange, updates that need doing, and the vendor who keeps sending you in circles. We fix what we can, bring the right vendor in when we need to, and keep an eye on the basics so fewer of those things become a bad Tuesday.

A managed user is a person whose primary business computer, business email account, and everyday IT support are in the agreed scope. Their ordinary business devices are covered by the per-user model unless we agree otherwise.

Clear starting prices

Coverage that scales without a surprise renewal.

Services are billed monthly with no annual commitment. After onboarding, a 30-day written cancellation notice applies. Use the estimator to see the public starting commitment for your team; we confirm final fit together.

Enter a whole number from 1 to 75. A managed user is one person, not one device.

What is included

A real person for the real work.

Your included hours are for human work.

All human-delivered remote work—including troubleshooting, administration, device configuration, onboarding and offboarding, and vendor coordination—uses the pooled monthly allowance. Automated monitoring, patching, backup checks, and reporting remain included without using it.

Support hours are pooled by organization, reset each month, and do not roll over.

Business hours and urgent interruptions

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time. Acknowledgement targets are measured within that window; requests received outside it are measured from the next eligible support period.

Work-stopping means A shared-service outage, suspected security event, or issue preventing most active staff from working normally. A one-user issue is a routine request.

When the standard plan is not the whole answer

Third-party software subscriptions, new hardware, repairs, specialized line-of-business applications, after-hours emergency work, unscheduled on-site work, office moves, and major technology projects are separate from the monthly plans.

Approved remote project work is $150/hour, after-hours emergency work is $175/hour, and unscheduled on-site work is $150/hour. Each has a one-hour minimum. We can coordinate each need, estimate it, and obtain written approval before chargeable work starts.

After included hours are used, approved remote project work is $150 per hour with a one-hour minimum. LightHouse provides an estimate and receives written approval before chargeable work begins; acknowledgement and initial triage of a work-stopping incident may happen first.

Clear boundaries

Support, not a mystery bundle.

Built for a good fit

The standard offer is for supported cloud software, vendor-supported computers, and a named client decision-maker. Servers, regulated workflows, custom line-of-business applications, unsupported operating systems, and substantial network redesign need a separate assessment and quote.

Guardian is a separate, complementary service

Business IT Support covers people, devices, and everyday operations. Lighthouse Guardian Series covers office-network perimeter security; it can complement this service, but Guardian pricing and hardware terms remain separate. See Lighthouse Guardian Series.

For established clients

Each Business IT Support client names one designated requester. That person submits routine support requests and approves estimates or chargeable work through the authenticated Client Portal. Existing clients can use Client Login in the site header; this public website does not accept support requests or work approvals.

Common questions

The details people usually need first.

Are email and software licenses included?
We administer supported business email and common cloud tools, but third-party software subscriptions and licenses are billed directly by their providers.
Is on-site help included?
Business IT Plus includes one planned visit of up to two hours per quarter in the agreed service area. IT Care and Managed IT are remote-first; unscheduled on-site work is quoted at $150/hour plus any approved travel.
What happens after hours?
The plans do not promise 24/7 support. After-hours emergency work is separately assessed at $175/hour with a one-hour minimum and written approval for chargeable remediation.
Do we need Lighthouse Guardian Series?
No. Guardian is a separately priced office-network perimeter-security service that can complement Business IT Support when it is the right fit.
When should we move up a plan?
Move from IT Care once your team needs more than ten managed users or more included support capacity. Managed IT fits one primary location; Business IT Plus adds capacity, priority coordination, planned on-site time, and support for up to two agreed locations.
What should we share before we talk?
Your team size, office locations, and the biggest IT frustration you want out of your week. That gives us enough to confirm whether the published plan fits.
